Effective Date: August 25, 2026. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. They establish the binding rules for using TradeFXLounge, govern your account access, and limit our liability in the event of trading losses or software disruptions.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing our website (tradefxlounge.vercel.app), downloading our desktop application, deploying our Expert Advisor (TradeFXLounge_Sync.ex5), or subscribing to any plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally authorized to enter into binding financial software agreements.
2. Strict Financial Risk & No-Advice Disclaimer
Trading Involves Severe Risk of Capital Loss: Trading Foreign Exchange (Forex), Gold (XAUUSD), Indices, Commodities, and Cryptocurrencies carries substantial risk. Leverage can multiply losses as well as profits. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Analytics & Education Only: TradeFXLounge is exclusively a trade journaling, statistical analysis, and behavioral performance diagnostic platform. We are NOT a broker, financial advisor, investment manager, or signal service provider.
No information, AI Trade Doctor report, news scenario calculation, or backtest simulation constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All trading decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk.
3. Rules of Use & Prohibited Activities
To protect the integrity of our platform and fellow traders, you strictly agree NOT to:
- Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from our web platform, EA scripts, or Electron desktop binaries.
- Account Sharing & Resale: Share, rent, lease, or resell your paid Pro or Elite subscription credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Automated Scraping & Abuse: Use automated bots, scrapers, or DDoS tools against our API endpoints or attempt to bypass rate limiting.
- Fraudulent Activity: Submit fraudulent transaction references (UTRs), engage in payment fraud, or initiate unwarranted payment chargebacks.
Violation of any rule may result in immediate account termination and permanent blacklisting without refund.
4. Limitation of Liability & "AS-IS" Warranty
TradeFXLounge and all associated desktop applications, AI diagnostics, and webhook engines are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Maximum Liability Cap: Under no circumstances shall TradeFXLounge, its founders, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Trading losses, margin calls, or liquidation incurred in your brokerage or prop firm accounts.
- Temporary internet disconnections, broker server outages, or MetaTrader terminal sync delays.
- Inaccuracies or slippage in external economic calendar data feeds or AI predictive models.
In all events, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to TradeFXLounge in the preceding 12 months.
5. 14-Day Evaluation & Refund Policy
We stand behind our platform with a straightforward 14-day refund policy:
If our software, MT5/MT4 sync bridge, or web journal tools do not fit your trading workflow within 14 days of your initial subscription, you are entitled to a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions.
6. Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice
TradeFXLounge™, its logos, software architecture, UI design, and analytical models are the proprietary intellectual property of TradeFXLounge.

All other product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks mentioned are property of their respective owners. TradeFXLounge is an independent analytical tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MetaQuotes Ltd or any proprietary firm or broker.
7. Indemnification & Governing Law
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeFXLounge, its operators, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your trading activities.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws.
